God is so good to us and we are seeing God continue to move greatly as we go into 2010. We are still seeing souls saved and miracles happening within the church. Our worship seems to increase in the anointing and presence of God every week. Just this last Sunday we had 4 people give their lives to Jesus.

This month Dr. Ron Hammonds, Pastor Robert Benlien, Pastor Kenneth Woolf, Cynthia Miller and Kim Faulkner will teach a KE Resources Pastors and Leaders Conference February 19th-21th.

Annie and I are continuing to help Calvary International and teaching in their bible schools. We are presently teaching in two schools in the Khon Kaen area. One at Ban Phet and the other one at Chum Phae. Between the two schools there are close to 60 students.

In March we will be helping with a new school close to Burma where there will be about 25 students

This fall we have scheduled a missions trip with the bible school students. We are also planning a missions conference in the Philippines.

We thank all of you in advance for your prayers. You can see updated pictures on our blog at: www.ralphdryden.com

Cowboy COTR & Rock'in R Trailrides
Pastor Kenny and Traci Miller
Pastor Kenny & Traci Miller

Wow! That was the word that escaped my lips as I drove into the parking area Saturday in Kirbyville for our Rock'in R Riders trailride. There were horses and horse trailers everywhere.

Rock'in R Riders Trail Ride

My first thought was that somebody else must also be having a trail ride that same day.

But, no... once again, God was just proving to me that if I would be faithful in the small things, He would take care of the rest. He is always faithful and is always looking for someone to bless.

Pastor Ken Miller, Cowboy COTR

We started out doing arena events and still do those, but a few wanted to start having trail rides. I typically don't like trail rides because of the previous ones that I had been on. As always, God has His own way of doing things and I agreed to start organizing a monthly ride. I must say that it wasn't with as much enthusiasm as I could have had and we hadn't hardly gotten on the trail good when someone rode up alongside of me and said
"Hey Pastor, Can we talk?" That's when the light came on. God, through his faithfullness and infinite wisdom, had a plan. Imagine that! Starting on that ride and on every ride since, God has given me the oppurtunity to minister one on one to someone in need.

God will do the same for you. If you open your heart and your mind, God will use you to meet someone's needs. I have realized that God cares more about those that are lost and hurting than He does about our imperfections. There's a world out there that's lost and dying, living the hell of this life and we might be the only Jesus that they ever see.

As Pastors and Missionaries, many questions arise during experiences in ministry. This month, Pastor Kenneth Woolf shares insight on "knowing the will of God", "keys for exit strategy", and "knowing your calling."

In addition, we invite you to prayerfully consider financially supporting Pastor Woolf and his family as they answer the call of God on their life to plant a church in Pueblo West, Colorado.

Contributions by mail may be sent to:

Church on the Rock

Port Au Prince
Dr. Jay Threadgill

Church on the Rock and Morning Star Academy in Port-au-Prince, Haiti suffered great loss in lives and buildings due to the devastating earthquake in January.

Earthquake Damage COTR Haiti
Since the earthquake, Jay and his team and numbers of workers and medical teams have been tirelessly feeding 10,000 people per day, treating hundreds in an on site medical clinic, conducting funerals and burying the dead, restarting their church services, and laboring to secure enough food, medical supplies and fuel to get them through.

The clinic is operating 12 hour days, seeing in excess of 200 patients per day, and recently had its 4th baby born in the clinic!

Part of the Tent City at COTR Port Au Prince, HaitiMorning prayer is in full swing

SARA COTR Churches,
Training Center and Childrens Home

Nepal

We are all doing fine, but currently we have an electricity problem! It is hard to find enough time when we do have power to be able to work on the computer and send updates!

Here's a report on recent events:

This week we baptized 4 people.
We have also started bible study on Thursdays each week.  We have 20 people attending now! In addition we have started 2 new cell groups in the Kathmandu valley area that will become new churches in the future, and we have also started 5 prayer groups.

Graduates of the Training ProgramRight now we are gearing up for the beginning of the 6 month Pastoral and Leadership training in March.

The SARA Childrens Home kids are all doing great, currently on winter vacation from school. We had a great Christmas celebration. We had special meals and cakes for them all.

The New SARA Children's Home, Kathmandu, NepalOur new orphanage is building progressing well. We target to complete it by the end of March. I thank all the sponsors of SARA Childrens Home for all their support in 2009 and I pray that God may enable them to continue.

In the church we have formed a  choir team. SARA Church On the Rock is growing fast! I have appointed 21 leaders to carry the vision of expanding His Kingdom by making disciples and multiplying churches. We are also continuing translation work of Daily Devotionals into Nepali.

Special thanks to all who gave to the Childrens Home and the other projects through the Golden Triangle COTR Christmas Missions Catalog. We have received the funds. I am still looking for good buffaloes for the pastors and as soon as we get them, I will send you some pictures.

Water Distribution at COTR Kathmandu, NepalIn this picture you can see our children distributing drinking water. Many people have little or no drinking water, so we are making an effort to minister in this simple way.

Praise God! Today I passed my driving test and I obtained my Driver's License.

MInistry! We recently were able to purchase a used van for our ministries. It is now being very helpful to carry sick children to the Doctor, hauling goods, going to meetings, visiting village churches and so much more!

I am happy to serve God as He has called me to be in His plan. Please continue to pray for me, my family and all the ministry, and especially for the Childrens Home and the upcoming training. Please pray for Nepal. We need political stability. Thank you!

Indonesia

At the end of 2009, the Lord has opened many doors for us to start the Merauke Community Center!
We started seeing doors open in November when a Non Profit Organization in Jayapura called YATEPAT offered tosponsor us by opening a branch of their organization in Merauke. This will allow us to start the ministry immediately, and lower the expenses of starting our own Non Profit Organization here in Indonesia.

Merauke Community CenterAfter almost a year of looking, we found a place to rent for the Center which is right on the main road of the city in a PERFECT location.

Johanis and Team at the Merauke CenterThe price is also less than we were expecting, so we feel very blessed. Over the past month, we have been renovating, and our next step is to outfit the center with furniture such as desks, chairs, sofas, as well as computers, a ping pong table and other items we need to start the Center.

The New Youth CenterTEAM missions just did a video and magazine article about the Merauke Community Center and distributed it to their 25,000 supporters all over the world. To check out the video and magazine article, go to www.teamworld.org and look for "Horizons Magazine" with the Papua article.

We are planning to reach out to the Community of Merauke with English and computer courses, a childrens' library, a youth cafe and recreational activities. In the future, we will teach musical instruments, conduct Community Health Evangelism outreaches, and hold other seminars like HIV/AIDS education.

In December, by using my savings, I had a chance to go to Jakarta and get a medical check-up, visit family, research ESL and computer programs for the Center and met with several others about the ministry. We are looking to build more networks for this ministry within Indonesia.

During my medical check up, the doctor said with regard to my arm which was broken 2 years ago, the bone did not recover very well, so the doctor suggested not to remove the metal pin at all because it is supporting the bone. Please pray for my health.

Thank you so much to everyone who participated in funding the projects that I submitted in the GTCOTR Christmas Missions gift catalog!

The Motorcycle from Christmas Missions GivingHere's a picture of the motorcycle! I am looking forward to reporting on how these funds will impact our community!

Thanks for your continued prayer, support and encouragement. I pray that the Lord will bless you with a great blessing and anoint your mission and ministry. AMEN!

IN JESUS ALONE WE TRUST!
