| New Church Construction at Church on the Rock Bridge City, TX | |
Pastor
Lance Faulkner reports that the construction of their new church
building is progressing well. The metal is almost all up and insulation
and siding will begin soon.
The
congregation of Church on the Rock Bridge City is looking forward to
having a "normal" building and gaining practical amenities such as more
restroom space, a nice, large parking lot, a centrally located church
nursery, office space and being rid of columns in their sanctuary which
they have been dealing with for all these years at their current
store-front location.
The new facility will hopefully be completed by the month of October this year.

| A Medical Outreach for Remote Mountain Families
Mike & Jude Kelly, ILOILO, Philippines | We
were honored to be asked to partner with Kayan-Kayan Ministry
International and the Philippine Army's 47th Infantry Battalion to help
with a medical outreach recently. We
were flown by military helicopter into the remote area
where 68 families and a total of 250 people were seen by
a doctor.

All received medical care, dental, medication, clothing, toys, counseling and prayer, a hot meal and other food supplies.
Many salvations were the order of the day. God really showed up and it was amazing to see Him in the lives of these beautiful families.

| Kyle Trahan - Adopt a Village/Kenya and Prayer Ministry in Colombia, SA |

The first "Adopt a Village" project in Africa is
a success. At least 87 received Christ as Dr. Njuguna
preached. The team was also able to plant a church there in the
little village. The pastor in charge of the project was very diligent
to keep records of the amounts of flour and seed purchased and handed
out to the people. After the initial three-day outreach, they visited
another village and gave flour, seed, and bought mattresses for them as
well. They found that some of the people slept in the dirt. We will
continue for one year, as long as everything goes according to plan, to
adopt this village and visit the neighboring village, discipling and
meeting needs.
Prayer Outreach
I
participated with the church here in an event a few weeks ago called
"Oraccion". Putting prayer and action together, we went out into
the streets and simply asked people if we could pray for them. The
results were tremendous. At least 290 people received
Christ! We kept records and will continue with personal
followup with these new believers. Also we handed out 100 of the
212 Bibles bought with the funds from the Golden Triangle Church
on the Rock Christmas Missions catalog. After
the event while we were still in the street, a woman approached me and
asked me to pray for her two year old baby. She said the child could
not walk without falling constantly. So I prayed then walked away and
the mother came after me and said look at my baby's feet. I found
out that the baby had been completely flat footed and immediately
had received arches in his feet! A week or so later the mother
reported that the baby is walking fine without any problems, PRAISE THE
LIVING GOD!
